These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AdGenie, a mobile application made by JCS Lasertech ("we", "us", "our") that turns a product photo into finished advertising creative using AI image generation, and includes a free photo editor. By creating an account or using AdGenie, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and UK) to use AdGenie. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You provide a product photo and a brief description of what you're advertising. AdGenie drafts ad copy, selects a layout, and sends your photo to a third-party AI image model to generate a finished advert. You can then edit the result — crop, mask, add stickers, retype text, adjust colour and apply filters — entirely on your device, at no extra cost. A separate AI-upscale feature ("Enhance") can sharpen a finished image at higher resolution.
You need an account to generate adverts and to save your work. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for anything that happens through your account, and for telling us at info@jcs-lasertech.com if you believe someone else has used it.
You can sign in with Apple, with Google, with an email address and a password, or with a one-time emailed code. Where you set a password, we never see it: our authentication provider stores only a salted hash, which cannot be turned back into your password.
The ad creatives generated by AdGenie — images and any text written for you by the assistant — are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. This includes, but is not limited to, misspelled or garbled words rendered into an image, distorted or inaccurate depictions of your product, colours or materials that do not match the real item, invented details that were not in your photo or brief, and claims or wording that may not be accurate for your business.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every advert before you publish, print, or otherwise rely on it, and for making sure it is accurate and lawful for your own product, market, and advertising rules. JCS Lasertech accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of an advert you did not check.
You may use anything you generate on a paid plan commercially — in ads, on your shop, in print, anywhere. Two things are true of AI-generated images generally, not just ours, and worth knowing before you rely on one commercially:
AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, contain a rendering artefact, or not match your brief exactly. Review anything you generate before publishing it — we make no guarantee an advert is error-free or fit for a specific purpose.
You own the photos and text you upload. By uploading a photo or writing a brief, you give us a licence to use it solely to generate, store, and let you edit and export your advert — we do not use your uploads to train any AI model, and we do not use them for anything other than serving your own request.

The AI providers we use, and our own request guardrails, already refuse many of these on their own; this section states the rule directly rather than leaving it implied.
Generating an advert sends your photo and brief to a third-party AI provider — Google, OpenAI, or Replicate, depending on which model is handling that request. Enhance also sends the image to Replicate. Your account and stored work are held in Supabase; subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; sign-in with Apple or Google is handled by Apple/Google directly; this service runs on Render; push notifications, where enabled, are delivered by Expo. Your use of AdGenie is also subject to those providers' own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for the full account of what each one receives.
AdGenie's app, design, and the ad layouts and prompt templates behind it belong to JCS Lasertech. These Terms don't grant you any right to them beyond using the app as intended.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AdGenie for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app; reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, prompts, or templates; remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or access the app by automated means.
AdGenie is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any generated output will meet your expectations, be accurate, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, JCS Lasertech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business, arising from your use of AdGenie. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or US$50.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or affects consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
You may stop using AdGenie and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the app changes. We'll update the effective date above, and where a change is material we'll say so in the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JCS Lasertech from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of AdGenie, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of anyone else's rights, or your publication or commercial use of an advert you generated — including one you did not review for accuracy under section 5.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without limiting any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence (including EU/UK consumer protections, where they apply to you). Consumers in the EU or UK may also use their national consumer authority or an online dispute-resolution service, and nothing here requires you to bring a claim outside your own country where the law gives you that right.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and JCS Lasertech about AdGenie, and replace anything said before. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive the end of your account.
